This package allows a generous 10 hour timeframe at our venue, along with an on-site, facility manager to assist in your event running smoothly.

Venue Rental Fee Includes:
Facility Manager (for the duration of your event)

Up to 50 White Wedding Chairs for the Ceremony and Reception
3–8ft Wooden Top Farm Tables
8-8ft Farmstyle Benches (can be utilized for ceremony seating or reception seating)
2-8ft Buffet Tables with Fitted, Stretch White Coverings
6 Round White Top Tables with Ivory or White Crinkle Table Covers
Sound System (digital device/bluetooth connection only)
Microphone (for announcements and toasts)
Venue Facilities Are Stocked With Paper Products, Hand Soap and Trash Can Liners
Parking for Up to 25 Cars (carpooling or shuttle service is highly recommended for events with over 30 guests)
This package does not include your officiant, wedding cake, catering, lodging, decorations, photography, DJ/Band or Hair & Makeup services but we would be glad to provide additional services or offer recommended vendors for these services. Ask a coordinator for more details.*
*Flower Mountain owns a large stock of chair sashes and table coverings and runners. Our supply is available for rental at a very reasonable rate. In addition, our Luxe Decor Package is also available for rental, along with our Guest Entertainment Package.
Cleaning Fee & Damage Deposit Disclosure
After you have booked your wedding with us, you will be invoiced separately for a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. You will also be invoiced for a $500 damage deposit to cover any damages incurred during your event. If the venue is left in an acceptable condition after your event, the $500 damage deposit will be refunded back to you. These fees are due 30 days prior to the event.
